Frequently Asked Questions

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available.

Forms of Payments Accepted

We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp.

Deposit & Holding a Puppy

Deposits are 20% of the Puppy price and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Placing a deposit is the only way to secure a puppy from being sold to someone else.  If you have the intention to adopt a puppy from us and you do not place a deposit, that puppy can and will be sold if another customer places a deposit.  The amount of the deposit is $500-$1,000 depending on the specific puppy.  Deposits will only be accepted in the form of cash, PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp.

Shipping

We offer private pet Nanny transportation services to safely hand deliver your new baby to your nearest international airport for an additional cost determined by location.  100% of the balance must be paid a minimum of (24) hours prior to departure date and time for all deliveries. We also offer local pick up if you would like to pick up in person.

Health Guarantee

We offer a one year health guarantee. All our puppies have had at least one health exam at our Veterinarian’s Hospital prior to you taking possession of the puppy to ensure they are healthy. We offer a (30) day trial health insurance with AKC pet insurance. Please request the details of the trial insurance prior to your purchase. We highly recommend continuing the health insurance policy for your new puppy after the initial (30) days trial has expired.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds for any reason.  We may offer a replacement puppy if your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening health condition. Replacements are decided on a case by case basis and is at our sole discretion.

Locations

We do not have a store front and we do not allow families to visit our location.  We offer to schedule a showing located at a public place like PetSmart or Petco.

Pet VS. Breeder (A.K.C Registration)

When considering purchasing a puppy, it is important to know there are two different options for how you can register your new puppy with A.K.C (American Kennel Club).  The first option is as a “pet”.  This option is for people who wish only to have the puppy/dog as a pet and do not wish to breed their puppy/dog.  The second option is “breeder”. This option gives you the “rights” from the breeder to breed that puppy/dog when it is old enough and register the puppies with the A.K.C (American Kennel Club). Without the “breeder rights” you will not be able to register any puppies born from that dog. There is a three digit code given to you from the breeder when you have paid an additional cost to obtain the rights and this should be negotiated prior to the point of sale.
